Craig Knox | NZCQS | B.Const (QS) | MNZIQS

Craig commenced his Quantity Surveying career as a cadet with a construction company prior to joining an Auckland consultant Quantity Surveying practice where he worked for 19 years. Craig has experience across a wide range of projects including in retail, commercial, civil/subdivisions, residential and education. Craig is known for his skills as a Quantity Surveyor, his affability and his willingness to obtain the best possible outcome for his clients.  ​

Mary-Pat Underwood | NZCQS | DipQS | FNZIQS

Mary-Pat had over 20 years experience working as a consultant Quantity Surveyor in Auckland prior to forming Consult QS in 2014. Mary-Pat has worked on many different projects during her career including in retail, health, commercial, residential and education. Mary-Pat's skills include her ability to provide accurate estimating advice, her efficiency and her attention to detail.​

Tom Jacka | Nat Dip QS |SNZIQS 

Before coming to Consult QS in 2016 Tom worked as a Quantity Surveyor for an Auckland residential contractor.  Tom’s skills as a quantity surveyor include his attention to detail, his understanding of construction process and his ability to work to deadlines.  Tom is an active senior member of the Piha Surf Life Saving Club. 

Josh Yang| B. Const (QS)  

Josh commenced his career as a quantity surveyor for an interiors sub-contractor before moving to an Auckland commercial contractor to further develop his quantity surveying skills.  Josh joined Consult QS in 2019.  Josh’s skills as a quantity surveyor includes his understanding the construction process, attention to detail and ability to ensure all parties are satisfied at project completion.
